- [eng] [IC] The question (is) this: If a leader of those of the good religion grants a priest the office of a mowbed of a town/county(?) with the approval and consent of those of the good religion, (and) afterwards in a little (while) he grants (him) the office of a rad of a district (and) writes a fitting appointment according to the custom, and the good ones (i.e. the faithful ones) of that district accept (it and) agree (with it), (and) hold him as (their) rad (and) mowbed, and become obedient towards him, (and) that rad is appointed with trust in every town/county(?), then that leader of those of the good religion is passing away and his soul comes to the best existence.
